Jim is former Vice President for a national outpatient surgery center management company and former National Director for one of the Big Five Healthcare Consulting Firms. Mr. Sundy has an extensive background and relevant experience working with hospitals, physicians, and surgery centers.

In addition to being a co-Founder of SIA, Richard also holds the position of President of Diagnostic Systems of Georgia, LLC, a multi-site operator of outpatient diagnostic centers. Richard has over 30 years of experience in various engineering, marketing and finance positions.
