Michael Miller, Senior Vice President
Michael is a senior strategist in healthcare organization planning and development. His expertise is in business strategy, operations, revenue cycle and turnaround scenarios as well as implementation and service delivery. In addition, he has a proven track record of working with dynamically changing organizations in complicated regulatory environments to develop successful hospital-physician ventures.
Tours of duty ranging from managing a $17 M Capital budget for a 375 bed health system to executing multiple medical staff development initiatives in small to large HCOs across the United States illustrate both the breadth and depth of his capabilities.
Michael has served as consultant and strategist for organizations such as Navigant Consulting, VHA, Arthur Andersen, CareCentric Solutions and HBO & Company (now McKesson).
